Rochelle Clarke is the founder of Succession Strength. As a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, Rochelle has spent nearly 20 years helping companies execute global strategy. Having grown up in and around family owned businesses, Succession Strength was born out of Rochelle’s love for family businesses and her desire to see them thrive. After spending her career facilitating the interchange of best practices and practical solutions, Rochelle brings her unique experience to bear in helping family businesses overcome every barrier to a smooth succession. She is the author of The 5 Critical Succession Conversations: A Comprehensive Guide for the Family Business.


Dr. Dona Witten

Organizational Psychologist

For over three decades, Dr. Dona Witten has worked as an executive management consultant in both the commercial and public sectors. Her areas of expertise include large scale organizational development, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching. She is a member of NTL (National Training Laboratory for Group Development) and is a Baldrige Award Assessor. Dr. Witten is also the author of Enlightened Management: A Compassionate Guide to Working with People. Today, she devotes her time to helping executives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to find meaning and fulfillment as they reach their highest potential in life.
